IUM users are no longer logged in and receive the message “Configuration error” in the queue.

Another product access was set for the IUM Enable group. This must be removed again.

Why do I get the message "you don't have access to ..."

IUM uses a configurable removal job (e.g. 5 minutes) to remove all users who are inactive for longer than the inactivity time specified (e.g. 20 minutes).

To do this, IUM must put the inactive user into the "suspended" status (for about 30-60 seconds). They are then reset as an active user. Unfortunately, Atlassian does not allow any other way to end the session.

If the user reloads the browser at that moment, for example, or clicks on retry when they are suspended, they will receive the message "you don't have access to ..." from Atlassian.

If this happens, another browser reload after a short wait will help.
