Our SLAs are as follows: First response within 4 hours. We will initially respond to any ticket within 4hours of it being submitted. (Time measured during business hours) Further updates - 48 hours. We will continue to provide further updates on tickets, where there is an ongoing action for Accxia. **Special Agreements for Intelligent User Manager (IUM)** Our special agreements for IUM automatically apply for P1 incidents related to our app IUM. For all P1 incidents we provide a special support from 08:00 AM to 6:30 PM CET. First response within 1 hour, further updates between 4 and 8 hours. Definition for a P1 is a systemwide issue which concerns half or more of your user base. We keep the right to downgrade your P1 to a lower tier if the definition is not applicable. For Details see below... ## Overview **"Story Points for Jira"** enables the Agile Team to better record and enter effort estimations and make sure that only valid Story Point values can be entered into a Story Point field. Teams may have a different understanding on how to use Story Points . Even inside a Team there might be a different understanding. But even if there is a common understanding, Story Points can only deliver any meaningful value, if you can make sure that they have been selected and entered properly. Imagine a User simply decides to enter a value what never has been agreed to use and what never has been used before. This impacts all reports and Velocity calculation. Imagine you play Scrum Poker for hours and at the end all this is crashed by some invalid user inputs. Out of the Box, Jira only supports Numeric Custom Fields for Estimation on Agile Boards. So there won't be any control or guidance for the user. ## What does it not do? The Story Point customfield is not used as a real custom field, so it does not store the Stroy Point Value. This is still stored in the original Story Point Field. In fact it is a wrapper field which modifies the original Story Point field behaviour. Since the field does not store a value it does not require a searcher. To search you story point field simly use the original stroy point field. ## Set Quick Filters as default In Jira Boards you might want to set quick filters by default. Intelligent User Management is an app developed by Accxia that ensures that all active users can use Atlassian tools, while inactive users are temporarily moved to the so-called "disabled" area with no licence usage until they become active again. IUM manages this process seamlessly in the background, unnoticed by users. IUM can manage any number of "surplus" users, be it hundreds of users or even dozens of users for smaller instances. Accxia has installed IUM in a number of large companies, ensuring significant savings and a reduction in administrative burden and costs. IUM allows companies to optimise licences and thereby remain at a lower licence level (in some cases even two licence levels below the actual number of registered users). This can occur when an instance has, for example, 1,300 registered users, but no more than 400 users are active at any given time of day. IUM is compatible with server and data centre installations at all user levels. Versions of Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket are available. IUM complies with all publicly available data processes and interfaces as provided by Atlassian applications without affecting the normal functioning of the tools. Operating principle This diagram illustrates the principle behind IUM. It shows an example of a 100-user licence faced with a new requirement to start new users, which without IUM would mean upgrading to the next server tier of 250 users. It is worth noting that IUM works for any user count and licence tier, whether it is 100, 1000 or 2000+ server or data centre licences. The central operating principle is that users are assigned an "Enabled" or "Disabled" status based on usage and inactivity time, which can be set as a variable in the management interface. There is a third status, "Heavy" users, which are users who are assigned neither the status "Activated" nor the status "Deactivated", but who are activated at all times. IDP Account 1 is responsible for IUM 2. IDP Account 2 is responsible for SSO Authentication IDP Account 1 must point to "https://dev-jira.accxia.com/plugins/servlet/samlium". IDP Account 2 must point to "https://dev-jira.accxia.com/plugins/servlet/samlconsumer". The Jira SSO.20 must be configured to the IUM Servlet via the IDP Account1. The Identity "provider single sign-on URL" must point to Account1 The IUM Servlet redirects to Account 2 (SSO) (can be configured in future) **Using it this way, we have created a full generic Solution** ### Solution with just 1 IDP (prefered Option) Ideally there is just one IDP required. We have created a second solution. This solution uses a Servletfilter instead of a Servlet. The servlet filter intercepts the url "/plugins/servlet/samlconsumer" and enables the IUM User. The IDP must be configured with https://dev-jira.accxia.com/plugins/servlet/samlconsumer. After enabling the user successfully a redirect is sent to "/plugins/servlet/external-login".
