• Create an api token with the specified org admin account


  • Create an api token for the organization


  • Create a new group without any product access (IUM Settings: Group Disable)
  • Create a new group with Jira product access (IUM Settings: Group Enable)
    (this group should not have any further product access)
  • Install IUM from the Marketplace
  • Be instruct users to install the IUM browser extension

    Active users without extension are only recorded when they view or edit an issue. To get an accurate analysis, the IUM browser extension must be installed. In this case, every action within Jira is recorded as an activity.
    Without the extension, IUM only works to a limited extent.
