The IUM Analyzer can be used to determine the hourly user peak for Jira and JSM.
It only starts recording user peaks after installation. No further setup is required.
If the selected time period falls within two week, the data is displayed hourly.
If the selected period is longer than two week, the data is displayed daily. In this case, the highest daily value is shown.
Clicking on a day displays the daily overview in a second diagram.
The selected time period can be saved as a PDF.
