Requirements Jira

  • IUM4Cloud-Jira requires at least the Standard Plan.

  • Jira Service Management with Free Plan is also required.

  • The new Central User Management must be used.

  • Installing IUM with org admin rights.

  • When creating the org api token, "without scopes" must be selected.

  • When creating the admin API token, "without scopes" must be selected.

  • The IUM browser extension (available for Edge, Chrome, and Firefox) must be installed for all users (including users with a fixed license who are not managed by ium).
