Requirements Jira (Forge)

• Installing IUM with org admin rights.
  

• Admin API token → Here, a user with site admin rights must be selected and the admin API token "without scopes" must be used.

  

  
  Pay attention to the validity of the admin token.
  If the admin token has expired, IUM will no longer work until a new API key has been added.

• The new Central User Management must be used.
  

• IUM4Cloud-Jira requires at least Jira Standard Plan and Jira Product Discovery Free Plan
  

• IUM Groups app access settings
  -> IUM user group: JPD app access with role “constributer”
  -> IUM access group: Jira app access with role “user”
  

• IUM Forge Extension (available for Edge, Chrome, and Firefox)

  • More accurate tracking of user activity

  • Preventing queue display for JSM-, JPD-, or Assets areas.
