Why is the portal user from Loginfree also listed under "Request participants"?
As of version 3.0.0 for Jira 11, the portal user must also be added to the "Request participants" field when creating a ticket; otherwise, the notification regarding the ticket creation will not be sent correctly.
Once the ticket has been created, the user can be removed from that field again.
