User Charts

Total Users (Counted once per day)

The value of the last count is displayed here (previous day).
The value can be manually updated at any time.

• IUM Users 
  Specifies the number of users in the IUM user group (without license).

• Jira Users
  The number of existing Jira Users (who have access to Jira Software including Admin Account) is displayed here.

• Total Users:
  The number of all users.

Users with browser Extension

The display will be shown with a max. delay of 1-2 minutes
The value can be manually updated at any time.

• This shows how many of the total users have the IUM Browser Extension installed.

• To have accurate values, all users should install the IUM Browser Extension (even if they are not IUM users).

Overview active Users

• The number of different users per hour is determined here.

• The daily maximum value is shown in the chart for the day.

• The overview displays the highest value from the selected month.

Overview Licenses

The value can be manually updated at any time.

• IUM Licenses 

  • Number of licenses used during one hour

  • Depending on the settings, several users can share a license within an hour (for example: fewer licenses were used than IUM users were active)

  • The overview displays the highest value from the selected month.

• Software Users / admin Licenses

  •  Number of fixed licenses (software users/administrators)

• Total Licenses

  • Sum of IUM and fixed licenses
