User Management
The following must be observed:
If the source groups for the project permissions are to be retained, the product access of the respective source group must be removed before copying the users.
The IUM user group must be defined in the global settings of IUM.
There are two ways to get users into the IUM user group.
Automatically (recommended)
Select source group and save
If the users of several source groups are to be copied into the IUM user group, this must be done individually.
A pop-up window will then show how many users are in the IUM user group after copying
The executed copy process is saved under restore and can be undone at any time.
Manually
Select the source group and the target group
Select the desired users
Copy the users with copy
Be careful when removing -> this process cannot be undone via user management
